Diversified Income Specialists provides creative funding solutions, to help investors achieve their real estate investing goals. Our primary focus is to partner with contractors and investors and provide them with up to a 100% funding for their real estate investment needs.

100% Funding

As long as the numbers make sense and a joint venture is established, Diversified Income Specialists can offer 100% funding for purchase, rehab, and closing costs up to 70% of the ARV. Whether you’re a new or experienced investor, we have various funding solutions available for non-owner occupied real estate investments.

Quick CLosings

Speed comes from preparation. Once documents are complete, closings can happen in as little as 14 business days – most deals should plan for about 30 days to gather and verify everything cleanly. We’ll tell you what we need up front, keep you updated, and push the file to the finish line.
